Our clients satisfaction is highly important for us, therefore you can demand an exchange within 14 days after the order is delivered.
Cases accepted to demand an exchange:
- I chose the wrong size/color and I’d like to change it
- The product is not what I expected and I’d like to exchange it with another one (same price or above)
To proceed with an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating:
- Order number.
- Reason of Exchange.
- Articles you wish to exchange and which ones you wish to exchange them for.
For international exchanges, our Customer Support team will explain you the process and give you the information about the corresponding costs. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one with a different price, the difference will be charged by bank transfer or PayPal.
Please note that the products that will be exchanged must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive safely and in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The exchange-related costs will always be at the client’s expense.
For hygienic reasons, we do not normally accept returns, only in the rare case that you have received a faulty item.
In that case, you should notify it at email@example.com within a 24 hour time frame since the order is received (including photo of the faulty item) and we will provide a solution.
